Texture is the focus of this project. Students tore paper against the grain to create organic-shaped branches. Students had a choice of making either a winter tree with snow or a Christmas tree with ornaments. No straight edges allowed on this project! The hardest part was arranging the branches from smallest to largest to create a triangluar tree.
